Display cabinets as ‘glass bubbles’ able to show items in a wholly transparent manner and without obstructions, while at the same time able to protect fragile articles against deterioration; these the characteristics of this museum’s displays at the historic heart of Strasbourg, dedicated to the versatile, prolific artist, Tomi Ungerer.
For the Musée Tomi Ungerer, Goppion has produced some refined, evanescent ‘containers’ of the highest quality, offering all the flexibility needed to renew the displays several times a year, as the over 8000 drawings donated by the artist to his home town are rotated.
