The Collection Museum marks the combination of a new, excellent archaeological museum and a historic art gallery – the Usher Gallery – located at the heart of the medieval city of Lincoln.

The Archaeological Museum, housed in a new building, offers a fascinating journey through time, revealing the origins and history of the local community. Full of educational points of interest, and with its close connections to research in the field, it constitutes a model museum in which the function of conservation and display are functional to the education of the young generations, while respecting the environment and cultural heritage.
