Aline Perier

Aline Perier

Aline Perier lives and works in Lyon.

This eclectic and versatile photographer - she likes to refer to herself as being more “off-road” – began working at age 25 following a reporter among the nomad tribes of Niger. This was the first of many journeys for Aline Perier. She prefers big open spaces like Alaska, the Sahara and Australia. Aline’s photography is natural and instinctive not overly sophisticated or full of flourishes. She takes inspiration from the works of Cartier Bresson and Salgado, embracing day-to-day life in all of its various facets - from travel to design to architecture to gastronomy (her great passion). Her work has been featured in many publications and she has worked with all kinds of specialized publications. Her works have been shown in various personal and collective shows in France and abroad.
