This layout is marked by sobriety and lightness, with the intention of placing the work at the centre of the visit and encourage the integration of the museum layout into the scenario of the rooms of the splendid 18^th-century building housing the museum. Minimalist in design, it also proved a technical challenge for the making of the fittings: the high-quality units include sophisticated, hidden technical equipment for the protection and conservation of the works.
